We service what we make. For $40 we will replace the Vibram® soles of your shoes, fix any stitching if needed, and recondition the leather. If the leather is still in good shape, a new sole is worth it. We make shoes designed to last a very long time and will do everything we can to facilitate this.

If you have worn your heels greatly to one side, we recommend that you add a Heavy-duty Heel at this time.

Very often we are able to add years more life to an old  pair of shoes, whose owners had nearly given up on them, by giving them just a bit of maintenance. Some Fernand® shoes have been walking over 20 years; we want yousr to be also.

Is it the End?

We hate to admit it, but sometimes a pair of shoes is beyond repair. If this is the case with shoes you’ve sent to us for resoling, we’ll return them to you if you want.

We never like to hear of a pair of shoes headed to the landfill, so we can help you divert your old shoes for into a whole new life as art. We’ll send them to acclaimed artist Ritch Branstrom, of the Adhoc Workshop, who will incorporate your old shoes into one of his fantastic sculptures made from found objects.
